The next best thing to having a juice bar here at the studio is to be able to order a juice to be waiting for you here after class.  Beginning July 12th, juices will be available after the Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning classes.

THE DETOXER: Greens: swiss chard, kale or spinach with celery, parsley, apple and lemon

CARROT:  carrot, ginger, apple

Mini Power Bar: oats, almonds, apricots, almond butter, sweetened with agave

(everything organic and natural, with 100% recycled, biodegradable packaging)

JUICES: 12 oz:  $7   Power Bar: $4  (cash only)
