It’s very simple: complete 30 classes in 30 days. 

Experience for yourself the amazing physical, mental and emotional benefits of a daily practice.  Whether you simply want to improve your health or create change in your life this is the way to do it!    Everyone practices for different reasons—both physical and emotional;  the beauty of the sequence is that it heals and improves everything: all over, inside-out, from bones-to-skin and fingertips-to-toes- whatever you need most.

Whether you are suffering from physical illness, or mental blockages the consistent practice will give you  a stronger, healthier body.  The concentration that it requires to keep up the challenge will give you a clearer, less cluttered mind.  Not to mention the fact that when you change one area of your life for the better, a ripple effect happens in all areas of your life.  It’s about developing healthy habits that benefit every dimension of your being.

Challenge Guidelines:

-Start any day in October, go for 30 days;

-It makes the most sense to purchase a monthly unlimited-Take 10% off  the monthly card when you sign up for the challenge;

-Don’t stress if you have to miss a day for schedule reasons; you may take a double two times during the course of the month to make it up.  If our schedule just dosn’t accommodate your needs, you may  take one day off a week- but it is better to struggle through the “every day” if you can;

-It is helpful to do it with a buddy- commit to yourself and to eachother!   And remember , we teachers are here to support you!

Rewards for completion:

-One free week of yoga;

-Special complimentary Yoga Nidra meditation class at the end of your challenge;
